Clevery is a famous store in Akihabara and now they're offering a “poor man’s” Core 2 Quad Shuttle for 65,800 Yen (without OS), a less than €670. It features their Mini Core2Quad ST9C series that includes a Core 2 Quad Q8200S, 2GB of DDR2 PC6400, an Intel BOXDG45FC motherboard, a 500GB SATA II 7200rpm HDD, a DVD Super Multi, Gigabit LAN, DVI + HDMI… Granted you can get cheaper in Akihabara, but for a “ready to play” solution it's quite interesting. ...
