The group has significant market share within the UK but is looking to further develop its presence in Europe and the USA. A key deliverable to this growth is the online usage of its already established customer base, which is currently 3 million subscribed users. - Manage all aspects of Touchnote’s product management process, from researching and speccing new features, to usability improvement and goal optimisation, to working with development team to prioritise and deliver bug fixes, enhancements and major features- Work with senior management team to develop vision for the site – features, usability and design- Define priorities for projects large and small based on understanding of business needs- Manage projects: estimate timescales, allocate development resources and deliver features on spec on time- Deliver world-class product that users rave about and engage deeply with.
