Windows Mobile 6.5 Update Available for Samsung Jack

Samsung Jack, the Windows Mobile-based handset available for purchase in the US on the airwaves of AT&T, has just received an update to the latest flavor of Microsoft's mobile platform, namely Windows Mobile 6.5. As many of you might already know, the Samsung Jack has been released on the market earlier this year with Windows Mobile 6.1 on board, and now those who have purchased it can enjoy the latest flavor of the OS on their handsets. The new software version is available for download from Samsung's website, where it is tagged as recommended. Users will have the opportunity to enjoy a series of new features on their handsets as soon as the update is performed, including access to the Windows Marketplace for Mobile, a new Internet Explorer Mobile, Vlingo for Windows Phone, or AT&T Wi-Fi connectivity.
