Job Overview The web designer will be assigned duties relating to web site creation for Heatwave Interactive. The duties include graphic design as well as website construction and maintenance. Heatwave requires high level competitive artwork, neat, eye catching design, and motion effects to demonstrate a strong and professional online presence. Availability: Immediate Reports to: Brand Manager Responsibilities Concept web designs including splash pages, corporate websites, and product websites Create graphic assets for websites Integrate websites Create animations and special effects for websites Work with Brand Manager, product Producers and Art Manager to create concepts and see through to final products Graphic design may also include logo design for company and product merchandise Qualification Requirements At least five HTML and five Flash websites published Skills Photoshop Illustrator Flash HTML Team player, able to communicate issues effectively and solve problems creatively Positions we have recently filled: Senior Systems Designer Senior Studio Animator Audio Director Studio Web Developer Chief Financial Officer Senior Concept Artist Production Intern Marketing Intern.
