Applicants must meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree preferred; relevant experience considered (ie; minimum of 1 year experience supporting - clinical trial teams or practical experience in an office environment) - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and organizational skills - possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks without sacrificing accuracy - Ability to work independently and on a team - Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks - Good organizational and problem solving skills The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Process study related documents to include routing for review/approval, collation and filing - Create and maintain paper and/or electronic clinical study files - Place documents in electronic document management system as directed - Format documents for presentation - Create and maintain tracking documents - Schedule internal and external meetings as needed and maintain action log - Order study supplies and oversee inventory - Prepare and send study related documents to CRO, Investigators, etc - Initiate request for vendor payments - Support day to day activities of clinical team as needed Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
